The race started at 10:00 am in dry conditions with the cars starting in race 1 order with the same gap they finished the day before. #3 Falken Motorsport Porsche 911 GT3 R 59.932 before the Octane 126 Ferrari 488 GT3 #26. Scherer Sport Team Phoenix Audi R8 LMS GT3 #16 started 1:51.771 Minutes after the leader.

The leadership changed regularly between the four contenders within 50 seconds: Falken Motorsport Porsche 911 GT3 R #3 driven by Eriksson / Evans / Müller / Picariello, #16 Scherer Sport Team Phoenix Audi R8 LMS GT3 with Giermaziak / Schramm, Grossmann / Ludwig with Octane 126 Ferrari 488 GT3 #26 and Kolb / Stippler on board of Sister Audi #5

A bit after 1 pm, Giermaziak / Schramm driving Scherer Sport Team Phoenix Audi R8 LMS GT3 #16 lost about a minute at their last stop because the car barely reached the pits with an empty tank and then couldn't start straight away due to the air in the system. Ferrari #26 enherited P3 behind Kolb / Stippler on board of Sister Audi #5 in P2 and Falken Motorsport Porsche 911 GT3 R #3 driven by Eriksson / Evans / Müller / Picariello in P1.

15 minutes later, Giermaziak / Schramm driving Scherer Sport Team Phoenix Audi R8 LMS GT3 #16 were taking P3 back from Grossmann / Ludwig with Octane 126 Ferrari 488 GT3 #26.

At 2:54 pm, Kolb with Scherer Sport Team Phoenix Audi R8 LMS GT3 #5 was leading Picariello with Porche #3 with 10,822 seconds and Giermaziak with sister #16 with 30,743 seconds. He then pitted losing his leadeship.

At 3pm, Giermaziak driving #16 Audi R8 LMS GT3 came back to Picariello on board of Porsche 911 GT3 R #3 at 6,611 seconds. Grossmann / Ludwig with #26 Ferrari 488 GT3 were third 1:12.407 minute further.

At 3:20 pm Falken Motorsport Porsche 911 GT3 R #3 does its last pit stop and Sven Müller takes over from Alessio Picariello.

Twenty minutes before the end, Sven Müller with #3 Porsche 911 GT3 R was 24,725 seconds ahead of Giermaziak with #16 Audi R8 LMS GT3 and 55,843 seconds ahead of #5 Kolb / Stippler with Audi R8 LMS GT3.

Sven Müller would hold firm on his advance until the end and crossed checkered flag first giving Falken Motorsport his second victory of the season. First march of the podium: Eriksson / Evans / Müller / Picariello with Falken Motorsport Porsche 911 GT3 R #3.
